Linda, I have tried to eat fried chicken once and french fries once since surgery and immediately regretted it, and I'm not even an RNY patient.  The chicken made me sick and the french fries got stuck in my stoma.  Well, live and learn, right?  Sometimes the learning part is harder than other times. B:  weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk S:  protein shake made w/ 1 c. skim milk L:  2 oz. steak, 1/4 c. mashed potatoes, 1/4 c. chopped cucumber S:  1/4 c. ricotta cheesecake fluff D:  2 oz. salmon, 1/4 c. roasted turnips, 1/4 c. broccoli S:  1 SF pudding Jean

Hello Sweet Linda.  Sorry I didn't get here on Saturday.  I'm getting ready to go to bed, and thought I'd go ahead and post my food.  I'm sorry you got sick.  I remember getting terribly sick from home made french fries.  It was awful!  I sure hope Saturday was better for you.
