I have about a dozen items that I'm bringing to Pittsburgh for a clothing swap, various sizes, med to XL.  If anyone has some 8-10's that they've undergrown, feel free to bring them to Pittsburgh.  I can probably take them off your hands.  I think this is the size I'm staying, and I haven't bought much in this size yet.  Thanks. Candy

Judy,

I know the Sesame Inn has steamed veggies with things like shrimp, chicken or scallops, no MSG, sauce on the side. Would something like that work for you? Lora has one of their menus, maybe she can send you some of the non Chinese type food they have.

I always end up with chicken and broccoli.  The servings are usually huge, unless it's a buffet, but it's not too "chinese-ey".  And there's always soup.   Is the place we're going to a sit-down, off the menu place or a buffet?  (Not that it matters to me) Candy

Candy,

The place we are going to is a sit down. They do have lots of choices. My pre WLS was Amazing Chicken. It was FRIED chunks of white meat with a wonderful sauce. It was AMAZING.

The Chinese restaurant is accross the street from the incline. It's in what used to be a train station. It had always been a destination for any visitors in the past. The rent went up and a lot of shops moved out. But across the street there is a Hard Rock Cafe, The Improv Comedy Club, Joes Crab Shack and other places. They have a dancing fountain there too but I don't know which month they turn them on. You know around here we have to wait for the last freeze.

I was wondering that too Candy.  I figured if it was a buffet there would probably be crab legs, shrimp and chicken.  That's what I eat the most of anyway. See you soon! Judy
