What we are eating, and what's eating us!!!! Wednesday!!
Thanks, Linda Loo,
I took your advice and changed things up a bit! More protein, I think too.
BTW...got a really nice compliment at a big meeting with managers and director of nursing etc. One of my nurses when I was asked how I was doing, jumped in and said "Really good! She is awesome!" That made my day as I didn't know what they thought about the job I had been doing. I know I am working my butt off. So...thanks for all the support.
Oh and I left a message for the friend, former co=worker who took my job over, (we are having dinner tonight) and her voice mail says her hours are 10 hour days with one day off...interesting...
Talk to you later!
Cheryl

Good afternoon, Sweet Linda. I hope that things are going well for you today. I am getting more on track today since it is only 1 in the afternoon. I am getting there slowly but surely.
I even ate breakfast this morning. I sometimes skip it because I hate it. I have never been a breakfast eater and it is hard to get into that habit. I told Bill that I am going to eat 3 meals a day and up the protein too. He said that was good and he is going to help me out. He is definetly my helpmate.
B: NSA Blue Bunny cherry yogurt with Kashi
L: scrambled egg with cheese
D: 97% lean ground beef with veggie
S: popcorn and or a protein bar
I think that things are looking more clearer to me and I am grateful for that. I am going to call around for the Ezkiel bread that you are talking about. I love bread and the denser the better.
I hope that everyone has a great and blessed day. Love and hugs to all.
Howdy, Sweet Linda. We're going to see High School Musical, The Ice Tour, this evening. Hubby bought tickets as a surprise for me. What a sweetie.
Hope your day is going great!
Big Hugs,

<---- Me today
<----- NOT me today
Here it is late afternoon and I just grabbed a bite of lunch. You hadn't posted as I left this morning. Wednesdays are getting to be far too hard for me. In about 8 weeks gymnastics is done and things will be less hectic ... I hope.
Showers are indeed good. About the only time I am warm is when I'm in there.
Time to run to my next client. 8 o'clock is a loooong way off.
Kisses
Annette
