What we are eating,and what's eating us!!!! Tuesday!
Well, I didn't make it here before the day was gone, but here's what I ate anyway.
B - (Chinese buffet) egg drop soup, those crunchy rice noodle things you put in the soup, sesame chicken, bbq rib, corn nuggets, pineapple chunks, orange wedge, and a loquat I think. Sounds like a lot, but it was just a little bit of a lot of different foods.
L - meatloaf with tomato sauce, broccoli, baby carrots
S - dry roasted, unsalted peanuts
D - lightly breaded tilapia
S - caramel crunch protein bar
I didn't have any idea how to put the stuff I ate at the Chinese place in my food diary on myfitnesspal , that's why it's not in the format I usually use.
