Hi Debi....yes, these last few pounds are tough. I have been trying to lose ...I am less then 2 pounds to goal.....and it doesn't want to go. I am determined and I will lose it ....a tenth of a pound at a time. You are doing great...wonderful job using that tool!!! Hugs, connie d

Connie, Can you believe that we are so close to our goal weight. Sometimes I just cannot believe that I am so close in such a short amount of time. You have done wonderful. Your new picture looks great. I need to get my new picture up. Yes, I agree with you.... a tenth of a pound at a time. Have a great day. Debi
