Gee Linda, you had me worried. I was ready to send out the Mounty's for you. It is good to sleep in once in a while and I hope you feel more rested.
B - apple, 1/2 bagel with meunster cheese
L - chicken
D - meat loaf and green beans
S - apple and peanut butter
Missing my Kashi but the tummy is feeling better.

Hiya sis, I am live and kicking. I had to order my serious pill, seroquel, because I was not getting in any sleep, waking at 2 and working all day can wear you out.
Sis, I do not think the Kashi is getting you, you have used it for awhile, and if you are like me, you probably use a few spoons only. The other veggies are known for gas, I love broc, but it will kick my butt no and again.
I am so glad to hear my spicey momma is up and running.

That 2 AM wake up time is a *****!! That's the time I am sitting in my kitchen and painting the boxes, birdhouses and piggies.
I've been eating all of those know culprits for months - who knows what is happening. Today I had a tiny salad with lunch & so far so good. I'll only re-introduce these foods, one at a time. Just like when I was feeding my daughters new foods.

Good morning sweet Linda. I hope that you are feeling better now. I wondered what was going on since it was so late. Sometimes we just have to do what we have to do.
I am so hungry but can't get into the kitchen now since Bill is waxing the floor. It is drying now. I haven't ate breakfast either and so I am ready to eat something and it could be anything just as long as it slows down for me to catch it. I am so hungry I could eat a bear.
We are going to go out for dinner and to a movie tonight so that is going to be fun. We haven't decided where we are going to eat. We were going to a new Mexican restaurant but now I heard that several people don't like it. So right now it running about half and half on the like don't like thing. We may end up there just to see for ourselves if we like it. Who knows what is going on because I sure don't.
Here goes:
B: yogurt and kashi
L: chicken salad on a piece of toast with cheese (I microwave it until the cheese melts a bit and it tastes sooooo good)
D: going out
S: popcorn maybe
