Can anyone tell me how to change avatar?

Click on "User Settings"
It will take you to where your avatar photo is..... delete the old one and upload your new one there... after you have it sized down to 100X100 pxls. Don't forget to scroll down and click "save" when you're done. If you don't see your new photo on the message board right away- click the refresh button that should do it.
