Shape up and ship out sailor man!  Quit your whining and get that butt in gear!  Have a safe trip.  Wish I could eat scrambled eggs.  I'd love an omelet with ham and cheese and onions and mushrooms.  Eggs go down boiled or over easy, any other way and .

Mmmmm love your breakfast, I love hot sauce and for me, the one you use is the only kind as far as I am concerned. Nice menu Marc..jolly good show. When crackers are no longer a binge food for you, there are some marvelous all wheat, unenriched crackers out there. Huggers!

Yep, good old Louisiana hot sauce, got a bottle that stays sitting on my kitchen counter near the stove.  It never gets put in the cabinet!  Let's not forget the cayenne pepper either!

It's Friday finally, Linda! Only two more days and it's Tuesday again!  How about that?  Made the week go a bit faster for me to start with Tuesday.... B-protein shake and berries L- tuna and green beans D-not sure yet.  Probably chili Have a great weekend shopping for skinny clothes! Hugs, Kathi

Hello Sweet Lady!  Well, it seems we both had the same idea today.  I was tired and didn't really want to get out today, but I've been wanting a haircut for a while, so I  marched myself out of the house and got one anyway.  Then I came and read your thread, and it fits right in!  I acted as if I felt up to getting out, and marched myself forward, without even knowing that your suggestion for the day.  Pretty neat, huh?

Today I have felt a little better. I hope it keeps gretting better with no milk.  B: Cottage cheese and pear L: protein drink, prune, cashews S: refried beans with cheese I seem to tolerate the cheese and cottage cheese and yogurt fine.
