Hi there again, I will prob stick with the same lunch cuz it's so easy. But I do try different things for dinner. Once the job gets more familiar, I may get a bit more daring with lunch! They make soup for the employees every day and it is hard not to eat it. Sometimes its OK soup but sometimes it's evil creamy soup! I will keep watching all of your menus and get ideas. Cheryl

Jean--Did you say St. Lucia??? I just went there in November--it's fabulous. Check out the pictures in my profile. We stayed at Ladera Resort. Where are you staying? I'm so jealous! Jen

Jen, I just got back from St. Lucia.  I hated to leave.  It was WONDERFUL.  I stayed at a resort outside Castries, on the Caribbean side of the island, called The Body Holiday.  I found it via Google.  It's an adults-only, all-inclusive resort and 1 spa treatment/day is included in the cost.  I had a full body massage, a facial, a foot and hand massage, and a back and neck massage.  My room was right on the beach.  The place is charming, intimate, friendly, with super service and great food.  I'm afraid to get on the scale tomorrow morning! What's the Ladera Resort like?  How did you find it?  Are you planning to return? Jean

Hi Jean. The Body Holiday sounds wonderful. Ladera is also adults-only (which I loved). There were a lot of honeymooners there, I guess because we went over Thanksgiving week. They had spa services but everything cost extra. The restaurant was 5-star and fabulous. We were up in the volcanic mountain and had to ride about 10 min. down to the beach. But being in the mountains made it so nice and breezy and cool at night especially. One whole side of each room is entirely missing and open to the air (check out my photos) and each room has its own plunge pool! Actually, Oprah used to stay there (in their best room of course) and named it one of the top 5 places you should visit in your lifetime. It's also on the western side of the island, in the south (the neareast town was Souffriere). We went to Castries one day to go shopping. I think next time I might like to try another island where there's a little more action but it was definintely a trip to remember the rest of my life! Jen
