Trying to get myself back on track with food and vitamins. Last week I was in a fog. I tried my best to get protein in but I fell short on my vitamins too often.
Today
Breakfast:1 egg, 8 kashi wheat crackers, a few teaspoons of parmesean cheese
Lunch: 1 individual serving of SF Tapioca mixed with 1/2 scoop of protein powder and a sample size bag of South Beach granola clusters.
Dinner: ?? Probably some grilled chicken strips and green beans or some fresh spinach.
I know I'll have a nice ripe pear later, we received so many fruit baskets.
