What we are eating, and what's eating us!!!! Thursday!!
Thanks Cheryl,
You are both probably right. Broccoli, cauliflower and Kashi have been part of my daily plan for months - they may be the culprits. I will miss them more than chocolate.
I can to relate to wandering in the night. That's why we have night lights all over the house. Not naked though, I'd freeeeeeze to death.
How are you doing at work - is it all coming back to you?
Kisses
Annette
Yep, Annette, Linda is right again. Farting is good. It is awkward for me now that I share an office with two other people...have to be verrry careful.
My job is going well...I think they are still so happy I'm there...the person before me left quite a mess and they are just happy I am still there. State is suppose to come any time so I am trying to peck away and get things in order...I really am happy I took this job1
Take Care
Cheryl
We never touch people so lightly we do not leave a trace.

Aloha Annette.....I'm really paying attention to what you are saying the past couple of days because I, too, am having stomach problems. My lower stomach aches, and so does my back, so I'm not sure if it's stomach or back that's the problem. Last night after dinner, I felt so rotten, and finally threw up my dinner, but still stomach/back hurt badly.
Linda, I'm going to put down what I'm eating, but it's so similar to every day, I don't think it's the food:
B - cappuccino protein shake with vitamins
S- jello/cottage cheese/ fruit/ nut salad
L - cheese rolled up in ham slice
S - Peanuts....about a handful
D - Pork n beans with sausage, a bran/fruit/nut muffin (that all came back up!)
I'm frustrated with the stomach/back pain...it's keeping me from living my life happily and busily. I haven't spoken of this much because it comes and goes, but sounds so similar to what you experience Annette.
So glad I had OFF to come to when things aren't rosy!
Aloha nui loa,

Karen,
Have you had anything checked? Gall bladder problems are prevelant after WLS. Mine was removed years ago BTW.
When you mentioned back pains it made me realize that mine radiates to the back also. But I have had back problems for so many years that I usually ignore it.
Frustration, anxiety, even anger creeps into my emotions lately. I had pains when I was obese, just different ones. Some days it feels like I traded one set of troubles for a new set.
Thanks for listening to me gripe. It is good to know I am not alone and have so many good OFFers to listen.
Kisses
Annette
