OK SOME MORE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW

1. You people on this forum inspire me. 2.My friend Katrina. She has MS, and bought a house, site unseen in North Dakota, had it furnished and drove up there with her 2 dogs for the summer.  The heat makes her MS worse so now she goes to North Dakota. She'll be leaving again in May. 3.I'm a Coordinator/Manager of the Alcoholics Anonymous office here in Tucson. 4. House with my husband and two teenagers.(now you all know why I'm crazy)

What inspires me?  Encouragement..Being out side in Gods green early..  Some one I look up to..A dear lady by the name of Janette, I want to be like her when I grow up. What type of work I do..I am a social worker who has gone into Health Services. Where do I live.. I Live in a duplex that I rent and I love. Old enough to have a lot of character and a big back yard for me to grow and grow and grow things, roses and flower beds and herbs.

I can't believe how you come up with the most interesting questions!  We learn so much... 1.  I'm inspired by our military families.  How they cope and what they sacrifice for our country. 2.  I looked up to my parents all their lives.  They were raised during the depression having nothing.  My dad didn't have shoes and ate once a day living in Missippi.  My mother lived wherever there were people who would allow her to stay in their home.  They married only knowing each other for 10 days and were married 52 years. 3.  I work in a hospital handling administration for the physicians. 4.  I live with my hubby in a small, one-bedroom condo.  We downsized three years ago from a house when his health first started to fail.  It bothered him to not be able to do his own work so we got rid of the work!  Problem solved. 1.        WHAT INSPIRES YOU? The earth, the universe, the complexity of life and my family.

2.       HAVE YOU EVER MET SOMEONE YOU LOOK UP TO? IF SO WHO? My mother, she is a peace maker. I am not. Lots of people. I don't dare even start naming names. Basically anyone who does good and or overcomes trials and challenges.

3.       WHAT  TYPE   OF WORK DO YOU DO?      I am a Chemist and Microbiologist and worked in a hospital laboratory for over 30 years. I now design houses at home on my computer. Just makes sense doesn't it????  It does work out rather well. I do a lot of work for several builders and I have a lot of individuals that come to me by referral. I just don't charge enough and put too much work into the design without getting paid for it.

4.       DO YOU LIVE IN A HOUSE , CONDO, TOWN HOUSE , APT.? I live in a house that I designed and we built ourselves. We did a lot of the work  on it ourselves. I won't be doing that again anytime soon. I keep saying that this is the last time. I have downsized considerably. My body just will not take the hard work anymore. Have a good day, Diana

Lets see what inspires me. Sunshine inspires me. Life inspires me. Loosing this weight inspired me. My off sisters inspired me. Yes I have met someone I look up too or did look up to at one time in my life. After I had my weight loss surgery and was going thru some hard times it was my internist who pulled me thru.  I live in a small rental house bungalow type. CArla Klein 

1-the innocence of a child's laughter/sunshine/ some of the ppl i know- from here and other places 2--yes; i have had several wonderful "mentors" who i feel had some great plan for me-just don't know yet what they were grooming me for! also- my own Girl Scout leader when i was growing up and some teachers 3-take care of michael and roxie- um--not currenlty employed- retail and banking are my background-some insurance  4- a house that i love but we shouldn't have bought

Better late than never, right??  1.        WHAT INSPIRES YOU?           My new OFF friends, my family and my faith in God, my HP.  2.    HAVE YOU EVER MET SOMEONE YOU LOOK UP TO? IF SO WHO?          I have respect for many people, including my AA sponsor, ya'll   who have made it to the other side of wls, my grandmother.  3.       WHAT  TYPE   OF WORK DO YOU DO?             Medical assistant, now home-based transcriptionist.    4.       DO YOU LIVE IN A HOUSE , CONDO, TOWN HOUSE , APT.?
          House in the woods, lived in small town for 50 years, love it in the woods, lots of "little animals, deer, sandhilll cranes, etc"

      1.        WHAT INSPIRES YOU?                There is a lot of people that inspire me. My OFF family for the sucesses and tough times they have survived, God and His infinte love for each one of us, my family for loving me when I am not very loveable.

2.       HAVE YOU EVER MET SOMEONE YOU LOOK UP TO? IF SO    WHO? I have always looked up to my parents for going without so my sister and I could have the things we wanted. Mom and dad both worked and never complained about things they had to do. My grandparents too because they were so loving and such an important part of my life. 3.       WHAT  TYPE   OF WORK DO YOU DO? I was in home health care for many years but then went on disability because of health problems. I have filled in at the church office for the past several years and now that I am feeling better would like to go back out into the work force.     

4.       DO YOU LIVE IN A HOUSE , CONDO, TOWN HOUSE , APT.? We live in a apartment and have for the past 5 years. We sold our home and moved here since it just got to much upkeep and since Bill is challenged in the Mr Fix It catagory we thought that it would be better if we just called and had someone come to us and fix whatever needed to be fixed. It is a cozy (a nice way of saying SMALL!) 1 bedroom and it just the 3 of us ~ Bill, me and our furmonster Misty.  I enjoy doing this since I learn so much about my "family" and it is fun too.

1)  Watching people deal with life so courageously. 2)  Look up to my parents and grandparents who were experts at making lemonade out of lemons. 3) child protection social worker supervisor 4) house in a small beach town on the Washington coast.
