Okay, is this silly.....belly button ring in your 50s?

Go for girl friend, I would have done one long time ago cept my surgeon that did my tummy tuck took my belly button, I'm saving up some $$$ to have something inked there, it's hard to belly dance with no belly button.....

Not weird at all -- I am going to have plastics at the end of this month -- I just turned 50 and I have full intention of getting a belly button ring -- I think they are hot!!! Go for it! Lou

Well since you asked I am going to give my opinion.. If you really want to ..go for it, BUT wait 6 months.When I  look in the closet at some of the clothes I wore when the weight first came off I roll my eyes and say "what was I thinking". I could never wear young and sexy clothes when I was young cause I was always too fat. When I got to a "normal" weight I bought anything that fit, some just not appropriate for a woman my age. I had the time of my life but now I think my thinking is more in perpective. Just give yourself a little time to be sure it is really what you want to do..Blessings
