Hi Linda, I'm going on the stall-busting high protein program starting tomorrow.  I'll give anything a try.  I'm not gaining and that has me overjoyed, but I want to start losing again. The fill is making it hard to eat which is good but makes eating a pain in the butt.  I'm back to very small bites and lots of chewing and eating slowly because if I don't, I'm very uncomfortable.  It almost makes it too much trouble. B - Pure Protein Bar L - Smart Ones Salisbury Steak with Asparagus S - Yogurt with Blueberries D - Chicken with beans S - CIB with Protein Powder and 1% Milk Fantastic news on the weight loss.  I'm so glad you chose to live through weight loss surgery.  I fear we would not know the wonderful woman we know now if you had continued on that course.  Can you get that card in plastic to put in your wallet?  Or do you print it and laminate it. I think I shall always think of myself as fat too no matter how much I lose. Congratulations keep up the good work - how many lbs. till you reach your goal? Thanks for the ideas, encouragement and being YOU! Bev

Bev, with small bites, you have really got to get good bang for the buck! I hope you enjoy your food. You know what?? My doctor never gave me a goal, he is a wonderful Asian who told me to "go home and live your life". That is what I am doing....smile. It stops when it stops.. Thank you so much for saying kind things about me...sometimes I am a afraid I hurt feelings and I never ever mean to. You are doing so well, balancing so much, we are all so blessed to have this new life. Be well.. Hugs!
