What we are eating,and what's eating us!!!! Wednesday!!
Wow... you are my inspiration! ... another 10 pounds... WOO HOO!
I went to the store (again!) and made some more adjustments to my food... Gonna try Egg substitute and non fat cheese for my omelets... this will really cut the fat out...
I figure if I just don't give up on this, and keep at it enthusiastically, I will eventually get the hang of it.. I want a total lifestyle change as far as my eating, water intake, vitamins, and exercise are concerned.
My wife wanted to go to Red Lobster for lunch... and I was able to stay on the program even with all that bread and stuff right there in my face... funny, I wasn't even tempted. I guess if you can get your mind right, the body follows.
B - Omelet made with Egg Beaters and non fat cheese
S - I got some of that cottage cheese with pineapple in it...
L - Chicken thigh, NO SKIN, and a green veggie..
D - Not sure yet...
S - Apple slices with a little Kool aid sprinkled on them, or peanut butter
Good morning, sweet Linda. I am in a hurry today because I have to leave to go to the office. I am running late but then again when am I not?
Here it goes for today.

L: peice of toast with peanut butter
D: chicken salad and veggies
S: another protein bar because I am going to need it
I have to get more protein than I am. I have been slacking on that and the water. Well, the excersise too so I am getting pewy at pew!!!!

I did not get up till 5am! Yay!
Keeping the menu pretty much the same...
forgot how there is always food around this work environment,,,so far I have not succumbed...
Am enjoying my new job, it is very hard but the days fly by...and it is so nice to around so many other staff....

Thanks for the plateau info...I may try it after things settle down for me workwise (meaning I know what the H*!%* I'm doing!)

Hiya Cheryl, I will check for your post from yesterday. I think we take turns sleeping all night, I have been up since 2!!
I think getting settled in is a excellent idea...
Please enjoy your day and arm yourself with protein. My NUT says if you do get hungry, extra protein is the way to go. I think your extra yogurt with Kashi was a good idea.

S - cheese and crackers (it's my contribution to the refreshments for the AARP meeting tonight)
