Wow... you are my inspiration! ... another 10 pounds... WOO HOO! I went to the store (again!) and made some more adjustments to my food... Gonna try Egg substitute and non fat cheese for my omelets... this will really cut the fat out... I figure if I just don't give up on this, and keep at it enthusiastically, I will eventually get the hang of it.. I want a total lifestyle change as far as my eating, water intake, vitamins, and exercise are concerned. My wife wanted to go to Red Lobster for lunch... and I was able to stay on the program even with all that bread and stuff right there in my face... funny, I wasn't even tempted. I guess if you can get your mind right, the body follows. B - Omelet made with Egg Beaters and non fat cheese S - I got some of that cottage cheese with pineapple in it... L - Chicken thigh, NO SKIN, and a green veggie.. D - Not sure yet... S - Apple slices with a little Kool aid sprinkled on them, or peanut butter

Marc, I believe you will do better and better. It is sometimes hard living with someone who is not on a weight loss program, but these ladies do it everyday and you will too. You are a man of faith, keep the faith baby!

Oh, my food for today...LOL. B- Yogurt and Kashi ( I use Carb Master 12gms of protein) L- Lima Beans and Ham D- Swedish Meatballs with sour cream and Pepper cheese S- SB Cereal Bar S- Orange... This tool works, if you work it!! Food Fight

Good morning, sweet Linda. I am in a hurry today because I have to leave to go to the office. I am running late but then again when am I not? Here it goes for today.  B: protein bar L: peice of toast with peanut butter D: chicken salad and veggies S: another protein bar  because I am going to need it I have to get more protein than I am. I have been slacking on that and the water. Well, the excersise too so I am getting pewy at pew!!!! Chat later on. Have a happy and blessed day. I am going to have to reread this thread again too. There is to much to read this morning. Love and hugs to all.

Hi Linda, I posted last night to you on the What are we eating Tuesday, but it was pretty late.... Congrats again! You are just amazing...Good job...such an inspiration you are....Here's a little smooch on the cheek! I did not get up till 5am! Yay! Keeping the menu pretty much the same... forgot how there is always food around this work environment,,,so far I have not succumbed... Am enjoying my new job, it is very hard but the days fly by...and it is so nice to around so many other staff.... Take Care now Thanks for the plateau info...I may try it after things settle down for me workwise (meaning I know what the H*!%* I'm doing!) Still at same weight again...it's all good. Cheryl

Hiya Cheryl, I will check for your post from yesterday. I think we take turns sleeping all night, I have been up since 2!! I think getting settled in is a excellent idea... Please enjoy your day and arm yourself with protein. My NUT says if you do get hungry, extra protein is the way to go. I think your extra yogurt with Kashi was a good idea. Thanks again...smile.  OMG, another 3 lbs and you've lost me at my wls journey starting weight!  You ROCK!!! B - protein shake S - protein shake L - a wrap made with l/f wheat tortilla, chicken, cheese, and a squirt of spicy mustard S - peanut butter D - baked ham, salad S - cheese and crackers (it's my contribution to the refreshments for the AARP meeting tonight) Gotta get to work, been playing on the computer too long!
