Thank you sis, I am truly blessed, and yes, when I lift something heavy, even 50 pounds, I realize how heavy it is.
One day at a time, these pounds have fallen. I faced the fact that this was a life change and I have run with that notion, not feeling deprived, but honored to be chosen to have this tool.
