Good morning, Debbie and all my other OFF family. I hope that this finds everyone happy today. I am off to the office in a few. I have several things to do up there this morning. So that is a good thing. Most of the time there isn't much and that makes for a boring morning there.  I am going to put my appllication in a couple of places later today. I thought that since I am always late in getting home from the church I will go after Bill leaves for work. That is shortly after 1. They aren't anywhere great and so it isn't going to make much difference weather it is early or not. Wish me luck on them. I really want a job because I am so in need of getting out with the public again. The sun is shinning today and so that is a good thing. It is suppose to colder starting today but that is alright with the sun out. One good thing is that the robins are back and that is good news. I saw my first one the other day. My mom and my cousin and her daughter use to call each other every year on the day they saw their first robin of the year. Now it is hard to beleive that all 3 of them are gone now. Time sure changes things don't they? Not always for the best. Misty my furmonster is sitting looking at the humidifier. She loves to watch that because of the water in it. It the bubbles don't come up when she thinks they should she head butts it so they do. She is sure a monster but I made her into it so I have no one to blame but me. Well, some of it is from Bill too.  I better get going. I have to leave in a few. I send love and hugs to all. Have a safe and blessed day today.

Good luck on the job hunt.  One of the best things about working is the contact with people.  For several months after Katrina, I worked from home.  It was depressing enough in the New Orleans area, but being stuck at home all day with no one to talk to was the pits.  At the time, in order to keep his job, George had to travel to Baton Rouge every day, a 3 - 4 hour round trip.  He'd leave home around 6:30 in the morning and return around 6:00 or later at night.  Talk about long boring days.

good morning! debbie- sorry that you are not sleeping well..get some relief for that before your surgery-you will be fine-goodness, gf ,you had your insides rerouted!!! you need the thumb done! roxie slept ON my pillow all nite--i have no clue what was up with that but she had more pillow than i did at some points! last nite she ticked me off--some may remember me telling about some yarn that i bought that she attacked-not sure why --it is camo type yarn and i had bought t wo skeins- she grabbed one and chewed the wrapper and tugged at the yarn growling etc--so--anyhow--i put it away til yesterday- i got out one skein and a matching (hard to find so close match) skein of green and started a hat for my caps for a cure....so--i left that hat in progresson my chair to do something last nite- came back a few minutes later to the green yarn all over the living room--it was a mess...have no clue why--( the camo was in a bag hanging on the chair) i have a whole bag of yarn around that she is not touching!!! this morning michael is very aggitated about something---his appt with his therapist yesterday was not pleasant tho she saw what i am up against -and i pray that he will continue going to her....i also made a point of saying a few things taht went intoher notes for posterity.. i do have to watch what i say here as he was searching for malcheski's last nite on google and ran into my "mystery box is in the mail" reply to someone's post--so--if i seem cryptic..pray for me! had a long talk with my mother about that and what the future may or may not hold... annette- oh gosh i can relate to the incident with annie and the bag...have had similar things in past with pets--glad that you were home! gotta go- someone is starting a warpath... hugs! michael is

Margo, sorry Michael is on the warpath again. I know, I know... I'll be fine!  Gee I've broken the largest bone in my body, had a hysterectomy at 26, sinus polyp surgery, allowed a neurosurgeon to tickle inside my skull with his knife, had my guts rearranged, gall bladder removed - just to mention a few!  As George says, we've got this ER, surgery thing down to a science!  Lord knows we've had enough practice.

Hi Debbie and all, Debbie I know how hard it is to have a thumb out of commission, years ago while I was helping at my daughter's school I was using a paper cutter, huge one, (for those faint at heart stop here) and some idiot had taken the guard off, I had had all my fingers in the wrong spot but seconds before I brought down the blade, I moved them, leaving just my thumb under in the wrong spot. Ouch! They sewed the top of my thumb back on but it hurt like a you know what! It is all better now, can't even tell, just is numb and tingly. The principal told me "Maybe I shouldn't let you use the paper cutter anymore." he wasn't joking. I said "maybe you should make sure the safety guard is on it like OSHA would suggest. Next day the safety guard was back on... I will be thinking about you, and hoping you get some really good drugs... Annette, that must of given you a heart attack! My doxie is sweet but not too bright, he got his toenail up around his collar one day and hooked in a tag. Luckily it was when I was home so was able to rescue him. Margo, I'm giving you a hug... Kathi, have a great day at work, mine flies by too... I wish I could go back to see who all has posted, thought I'd remember but now I'm blank... Oh, yes, good luck Brenda on your job hunting Boo, have fun at work and hope you get some time to play... I am heading up to the treadmill... Have a massage tonight if I don't forget it again! Cheryl, OUCH!  I'm a disaster waiting to happen when sharp instruments are around.  Our son gave me one of his chef's knives when he replaced it with a better one.  First time I used it, I sliced my finger.  Our paper cutter here at work barely cuts paper!

WELL TODAY IS A PRETTY SUNNY MORNING AND I HOPE IT STAYS THIS WAY!!!! GETTING HOUSE ALL NICE AND CLEAN FOR MY COMPANY FRIDAY....WOOOHOOO DAY AFTER TOMORROW AND I GET TO SEE MY SWEETIE!!!!! FEELS LIKE ITS BEEN YEARS INSTEAD OF WEEKS THAT WE LAST SAW EACH OTHER!!!! I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE RICK I AM SO LONESOME FOR HIM!!! I KNOW WE TALK EVERY NIGHT ON PC AND THEN ON THE PHONE AFTER 9 BUT STILL I NEED HIM HERE WITH ME....

WELL I GOT THROUGH YESTERDAY WITH ONLY A FEW TEARS....BANDIT WAS BY MY SIDE ALL NIGHT LIKE HE KNEW I NEEDED SOME TLC FROM HIM....HE IS SUCH A GOOD LITTLE DOG!!!

NOT MUCH ELSE HAPPENING HERE JUST GETTING HOUSE CLEANED AND ALL THAT AND THEN OFF TO WORK 2-6 TODAY.

I SEE MANY OF YOU ARE SAYING THAT YOUR FEET ARE SHRINKING....SO DID MINE...I AM NOW WEARING A 9W INSTEAD OF A 10W....WOOOHOOOO!!!! BUT NOW I NEED TO GET SOME NEW SHOES AND BUDGET DOESN'T ALLOW FOR NEW SHOES....GRRRRRRRR SO I GUESS I WEAR MY COWBOY BOOTS TIL THEY WEAR OUT...AND MY ONE PAIR OF SNEAKERS....I DO HAVE ONE PAIR OF BLACK HEELS AND ONE PAIR OF BLACK LOAFERS....NO WHITE DRESS SHOES.... =(   SIGHS.....OH WELL I CAN GO BAREFOOT....LOL (GONNA BE A REDNECK WOMAN SOON LMAO)
