I am down 16 pounds, but haven't lost any more ... yet!
It did work for me... that is, I can feel the pouch again and am eating small quantities again instead of porking out like I was doing...
I will do the 5dpt again... I am sure of it. It wasn't very hard to do, and put me on track as far as ****ating protein first (2) No drinking and (3) small portions
