Food Tracking
Hey Marc....I was using Fitday and then decided to just use a notebook. I write everything down. I track protein and water mostly. I also track my vitamins and calcium too. When I get to goal I will start tracking fat and calories too.
I like my notebook because it is always with me.....even in decolate areas far, far away like this last weekend..hahahahaha!!!!!
