Hi Marc- I use DietPower which was recommended to me by a friend. It tracks everything, seems accurate and you can put in your own brands, etc. It has a free trial of 2 weeks, then costs $50 I think... Julia

Hey Marc....I was using Fitday and then decided to just use a notebook. I write everything down. I track protein and water mostly. I also track my vitamins and calcium too. When I get to goal I will start tracking fat and calories too. I like my notebook because it is always with me.....even in decolate areas far, far away like this last weekend..hahahahaha!!!!!
