I need a "wow" fix!

Aloha Randa...... I LOVE THAT WOW MOMENT!! That is such proof positive that your body is shrinking isn't it. I hope your husband gives you lots of positive comments about how great you are doing.

Hi Karen - yes, Dale is very supportive!  He is enjoying this journey almost as much as I am.  I am very lucky - my size never seemed to bother either one of us - just my health.  Being so much healthier pleases us both! Another Wow moment - isn't it great to be able to paint your toe nails without standing on your head!!!  I love being able to cross my legs and actually reach down and paint my toe nails without having to put my fanny up in the air.   What a great journey!!! I had a kinda wow moment this weekend.  I wore white for the first time in my life to church Sunday.  I would never wear white before because "it made me look bigger".  I got quite a few compliments.  BTW...I wore a pair of 3' heels with that suit.  I felt so pretty...even if I wasn't   Your wow moments are GREAT!!!!

Aloha Carmen.......I'm so glad to meet you!! Oh my...do I ever understand about wearing white..,.....never would do it before. And THREE INCH HEELS??? Wow...that knocks me out. I couldn't do that even today.......of course I'm already almost six feet tall so I have a good excuse. I'll bet you looked fabulous.

Karen, This may be the FIRST time you have said BUH-TOCKS, instead of bodacious butt!!!That brought a huge smile to my face - thank you. Suppose you want a WOW moment from me too? There are so many. Here's one --- I put on a very old pair of knee highs to discover they are now thigh highs. Just a small WOW. Kisses Annette
