I like it! Makes the week seem shorter anyway. Yikes, it's Tuesday already and I best get some work done here in the office.
Today is:
B-protein bar, berries
L-steamed veggies and cheese
D-meatloaf w/veggies
Not sure about snacks but I'll bet there will be some!

I just want it to be Friday so I can leave for my long-awaited vacation.
B: 1 packet weight control oatmeal made w/ 2/3 c. skim milk
S: protein shake made w/ 1 c. skim milk
S: 1/2 protein bar
L: 2 oz pork shoulder, 1/4 c. sweet potatoes, 1/4 c. spinach
S: 1/4 c. ricotta cheesecake fluff
S: 1/4 c. raw mushrooms
D: 1/2 c. baked ricotta, 1/4 c. green beans
S: 1 SF pudding
I have been starving all day long today. It's time for another fill but I'm going to wait until after vacation for that. Too risky to do it before vacation.

I haven't taken a real vacation for something like 20 years because I travel so much for my work and enjoy staying home when I have the chance. But I had a rough year last year and I'm ready for a change of scenery, so this weekend I leave for the Caribbean island of St. Lucia. I'm staying at an adults-only, all-inclusive resort called The Body Holiday, where 4 spa treatments (massage, facial, etc.) are included in the cost of my stay. They also offer a lot of fitness classes (water aerobics, regular aerobics, Pilates, etc.) in addition to the usual Caribbean water sports and their restaurants have healthy eating options. I can't wait!
