Silly, silly man that you are!  Could it be your body is in recovery mode from losing 16 lbs in 5 days?  I know you want results yesterday, but give it time, you didn't regain 30 lbs overnight.  Question:  Could your wife maybe prepare a set menu for you?  Maybe portion out protein and fruit for breakfast, protein and veggies for lunch, same for dinner with a high protein snack between meals.  Just trying to help Debbie

Hmm... thought that was clear! http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/over_50/a,messageboard/action,replies/board_id,5364/cat_id,4964/topic_id,3564894/ I was laughing because my wife isn't involved in the weight loss at all...and doesn't cook but once in a blue moon... .... so I thought it was funny - having her make up meals and all... Sorry I was vague.... I AM MARRIED! She needs to lose as much weight as I do, but won't "get into it" as they say.... Oh well, I am going to worry about me for now...

Marc, Men whine, women have pity parties - all the same thing.  Our Linda has given you a couple of boots in the pants to get your attention. Some of the others are rattling your chains too, now my turn. Start slow with the basics before you try to be all macho and creative. You lost 16 gigundous pounds in 5 itty bitty days by sticking to the simple way. Your body is saying "Holy **** what has he done to me?"  It is recovering from the shock of it all.   It's similar to foreplay - yup, I said it - foreplay. Now I have your attention dear brother? Start slow and progress from there. Go slow and go simple. As you learn what works, add on to that. Like foreplay. Kisses Annette
