What we are eating, and what's eating us!!!! Monday..
Hi Miss. Cheryl, sounds like you have hit a plateau, there is a eating plan for that, I will post it later.
Just hang in there girl...you know you are doing the right thing, and sometimes our body has to play catch up.
Enjoy your new job today, and most of all, please do not worry.
Highest regards...
Hi there,
Hope I didn't miss you for the night.
Yep, I figured a plateau...I didn't realize that they could last this long. It's been coming off very very slowly the past 2 months but this is at a complete standstill and even goes up a lb or 2 then back down...but not below the last number...I hope it keeps going but like I said I am soooo happy to be where I am now, as long as I can at least stay right around here I will be happy...I will be REALLY excited if I keep going down...just a bit more.
Job is going good, days go by fast...still overwhelming at times but sooooo much better than the other job.
Hope all is going well for you, dear.
I will see you here in the morning.
Cheryl

My vote would be for Friday #1 - #5, then Sat. and Sun! My tummy is hurting, burning... It's a combination of too much chocolate and stress - telling the old fart today that I'm having surgery. I swear if he says a word, I'm grabbing my purse and walking out the door. I've already told the business manager and his assistant - they agree I don't need the additional stress of you know who giving me grief.
B - protein shake
S - banana
L - Taco soup with cheese
S - protein shake
D - baked ham, smothered cabbage, and maybe a spoon of garlic mashed taters
S - peanut butter and crackers (something I can have with Ethan since he'll be visiting tonight!!!)
Have a great day and say a prayer for me that I won't have to leave work early today because of da Boss.

Hi baby, do you have FMLA?? If you do, then get the heck out of there, you do not need the stress, and dumbo can NOT say anything, or a least do anything if you leave this way. Your doc can say it is do to pain. Be careful with pouchie...and hang in there...do not let this donkey get to you, you can protect yourself. Big hugs!
Morning.....
I'm not doing too well... I lost 16 pounds on the 5dpt, and not an ounce since then... it's been 6 days since the end of the test...
I am struggling with this... not sure what to eat and when.
I think I might be better off just figuring out a diet and not trying to be creative on the menus...
I will try today to come up with a menu that will fit into my lifestyle as much as possible, and also try to figure out how to modify my lifestyle to fit the foods I need to eat.
Funny, no bread, crackers, pasta, rice... no sodas at all... you would think this would produce some results!
I'm just whining... I would have liked to see some weight loss to at least confirm I am on the right track... and it just confirmed that I am doing something wrong...
Sure ain't easy is it....
Marc, you had a huge weight loss, drink and eat, protein first and give your body time. I coulc not weigh all the time, it would drive me insane...but to each his own.
I have accepted that I am on a life change, not a diet, and the weight loss has happened.
Take your vitamins...drink your fluids, and I think you should focus on being happy, is that strange??
Hugs...
Thanks Linda....
Just a weird thing with me I guess... competitiveness, ego, just being a guy... I dunno
When I do something, I want to see results.... NOW!! ... see?... zero patience...
focus on being happy, is that strange??
Not for a woman
I really need a menu - one that is super-easy to follow - and is flexible enough for me to be able to follow it at restaurants and motels....
could not weigh all the time, it would drive me insane
I stopped weighing since I had not seen any weight change for a year... just quit weighing at all.. then when I finally did weigh, I was 30 pounds heavier... it was like the Fat Devil was just lying in wait for me to stop weighing so he could get me
I am working on a menu... and I am going to pretend this is chiseled in stone - might work because of my long military career...
Breakfast -
Omelet or....
Oatmeal or...
anyhoo... that's my plan - for today - who knows tomorrow .... but I think if I make a menu that is easy to follow I will be happier than trying to figure out stuff as I go along...
Thanks for all your help... I am a work in progress
(shaking my head....)
Linda, Linda, Linda... *sigh*
Men are such simple creatures.... ya gotta get this!
Here's what I mean:
If I go look in the kitchen, do I see a package or can or bag with large printing that says "PROTEIN"??? ... or one that reads "VEGETABLES"
.... thank goodness my water says "WATER"!!!
We need schematics, blue prints, drawings.... guidelines, policy, rules, .... everything but directions girl!
Geez, I crack myself up
