Eggs....
Nice title eh?
I wanted to pass this along to my new friends here...
I have been making hard boiled eggs by steaming them for a long time, and (basically) have it down to a science.... I even experimented! (it's a guy thing... I was hoping for an explosion
)
I steam a dozen eggs at a time in my rice steamer... 20 minutes... and they come out great every time...
.... and here's the REAL bonus...
.... they peel SO easy! ... I mean, the shell practically falls off... Sure makes it nice NOT to have to fight with the little buggers!
Wanted you to know, in case you never heard this before....

Ahhh, I'm glad I kept my rice steamer. Sounds like a great use for it! Lord knows it hasn't seen rice for years since I'm been on one low-carb diet after another.

Great idea. I'm no Martha Stewart. When I hard boil eggs, I usually have those little, itsy, bitsy pieces of shell to pick off.
I'll give it a try.
