Hiya Margo, a few of us do post yesterday's menu. It is what ever works for you. For me...I need to know what I am having so I do not fall into eating the wrong food, nor thinking about it all day. Most of us find it best to pre-plan with the work week, and some of us put.."I dunno" when we dunno....LOL. I hope you find the peace with food, that is hard for me, which is how I started posting here, after starting a new med, and gaining 10 pounds..I was freaking when I found my way here...smile. Strawberry shake sounds yummy. Hugs!

Whine.....why isn't it Friday???? I was gonna come up with some terribly witty and clever answer... but my smartass pills just wore off! I did the Kashi and yogurt this morning... so far, so good. I have had some bad experiences with yogurt in the past, so I am waiting to see my insides explode... L - Chicken - a smaller quantity I am thinking... the leg and thigh quarters I baked are probably too much food.... maybe add some mushrooms ... I don't read much about mushrooms here... I love them, and reading the label tells me that they are almost a free food... am they ok as far as you know? S - Not sure... whatever looks good I guess... chocolate cake maybe? D - Tilapia and shrimp... made that last night, and it was greeeeaaattt!! S - apples and peanut butter

Good morning little sailor, I am happy you liked the kashi, when I had it, I started sharing the taste with my wonderful friends here, and one by one..most of us go for it! It is good you ran out of your "special" pills, very wise indeed not to make wise cracks at working women...LOL! I love mushrooms too, I eat them....just so little room, and so many veggies to choose from...smile. Be good now...tell Hillary hi for me.

I love mushroom too - prefer fresh, but canned will do.  I make a cheesy mushroom dish that tastes decadent but is low fat.  If you'd like the recipe, let me know. Debbie
