NO KIDDING. This has been one long week.
Not enough water caused a massive headache. There is no way to catch up once the head begins to throb. First I ran out of water while working, then was too dumb to stop and BUY a jug of water - self inflicted pain.
B - cottage cheese, red raspberries, Kashi
L - ?? out with friends, probably salad and chicken
S - yogurt and Kashi
D - Don't know, don't care, I'm not in the mood to cook Yoohoo Tom - where are you taking me for dinner?
There, all better now.

I have turned my will over to my higher power, after having to run out with my hair wet, (mis-judged time), and leaving my phone home....smile.

Can't wait for a month or so to go by, I should know what I'm doing by then...

Good morning Linda and friends! It's my Friday - I'm off tomorrow!!!
Yesterday was a very bad day for me foodwise. I didn't eat enough. With the pain in my thumb and foot, I'm down, depressed, and have no appetite.
yesterday I had 2 protein shakes, 1/2 a hamburger pattie that I didn't finish, and at 1 this morning had 2 Ritz crackers.
Today I'll try to do better:
B - protein shake
S - strawberries
L - I brought chili beans and cheese (we'll see if I eat it)
S - protein shake or yogurt
D - don't know, don't care - if all else fails, another protein shake or maybe a protein bar or cheese
S - same as D
