My Mom

Mary, I am so sorry to hear that you lost your mother. It is so very difficult to lose those we love. My heart and my prayers are with you! My heart hurts for you that you had to go through the experience of finding your mom like that. I do want you to know that the memory of that will fade though, and you will remember her in life and remember the good times that you had with her. I lost my daughter (she was 23) and I was the one that found her in the morning. It was horrifying. I too thought that I would never lose that picture of her in my head. I can now remember, but it is only when for some reason that I need to remember that moment. The rest of the time, I remember her growing up, or going to the prom or some other happy moment of her life. I hope this gives you some amount of comfort. I will be praying for you.
