How do you print 100lbs. lost card

Hello everyone, I was just trying to find out how you cn print the cards that say you have lost 100lbs. or more. I am down 120lbs. and would love to have at least one of those cards. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated. Have a wonderful day. God Bless KathiM
