What we are eating,and what's eating us!!!! Wednesday!!
Morning all....
Here's the plan:
B - Wt. Control Banana Bread Oatmeal
with a little spoonful of peanut butter
and made with low fat milk.
L - turkey burger (no bun) with melted
swiss on top, and broccoli
D - Chicken breast and sm. salad
S - SB cereal bar
Maybe hot cocoa with a scoop of protein
Our nut doesn't want us to drink protein shakes, but I need to get some extra protein in so I am going to try the hot s/f cocoa.
