(((((( hugs Annette )))))) and thanks for panting for me. I have to schedule a followup with this DR (according to my instructions) so I will tell his nurse about it. Problem is transportation. I can't drive for 2 more days. I will have to scrounge up a chauffer (sp)! I am feeling better now than I did earlier. He probably had to a hard time getting to that poor buried (in fat) artery!

Susan, I am so happy for you to have gotten good news and now you can move forward with your destination, next stop healthy living!  Can't wait to hear you post "I've Got A Date" so you can join us on the Losing Team!  Woohoo Yes! Thumbs Up

My Mantra is that I do not determine my success by the number hanging in my closet, nor will I let the scale determine that success either. . .  It is through trial and error I will continue to grow and succeed. . .  Laureen

Susan, that is wonderful news.  Doctors always cover their butts.  Even if it delays surgery, it's better to be safe than sorry.  I'd call and ask if it's normal for the area to be sore.  That's what he's there for, and possibly his nurse could answer your question.
