   How wonderful for you!!!    It is gratifying to know it really does happen eventually.  I wonder if I will stay where I am.. 80 of my 120 pounds gone which I am pleased with but wonder if that last 40 will really come off.   This is about you though.  Good for you.  Anew life and a forever new life.   Alice

80 lbs. gone is fabulous...and the rest WILL come off...just hang in there and do what you've learned to do to use you tool and it will happen. I was one of the biggest skeptics....and look at what happened.

I wish for you a life better than you ever dreamed.

 Yeppie , Congrat's, Keep flyin high sweet girl.   WLS , The tool.  Remember how scared we were that this surgery just might not work, We had tried so many things, and just never seemed to get IT.  The IT turns out to be, work the tool the way our surgeon told us.  Drink enough water to float a boat, get in your protien, go out meet people, talk about your story, listen and learn from others that have gone before. Take  vitimins daily , bring Joy back to your life.....I'm so very proud of you , IT Girl Karen, Hugs, Peg

Aloha my special splash of red bubbles........You are evervesant!! And you speak words of wisdom always about doing what we are supposed to do......water, protein, vitamins. We must never forget to USE the tool we've been given, and it will reward us with bones showing instead of bulges of fat.....gross, I'm sorry....but that's what I feel now....bones, distinct rib bones, pelvic bones, shoulder bones.........its rather sobering. Now I need to get busy exercising so I can firm up the giggling mass of excess skin here and there. Always work to be done.
