The coffee creamer mess was just plain funny........I was bouncing around and that sticky stuff was just flying everywhere......good thing no one else was here!

OMG! I attended an "Ice Age Flooods" lecture last night that showed how high the water got in Washington after Lake Missoula and the Ice Dam broke and flooded. TSUNAMI warning! I better head to higher ground before TSUNAMI MAUI KAREN arrives! Woohoo. Congratulations my friend. Happy day. I know you'll have one. Karen C

Aloha sweet friend........Well, you DO know me! If it hadn't been 2:30 in the morning I might have gone out on the lanai and screamed to the mountaintops this morning.....but they might have called the police on me....Ha!

Good thing I had to go to work with babies and really concentrate this morning, or I would have been zipping around like a balloon with the air let out of it, doing something to celebrate.

Congrats to you. What a marvelous feeling that must be to reach goal. I never have, probably never will, but then everyone is different.

It is amazing how we transform into completely different people after WLS and always for the good...

Aloha Darlene, and thank you for the congrats. I think a lot of people don't reach goal, but find a place where they are perfectly comfortable and don't need to see a specific number to feel they have done it.

You do so much for the OFF family......that is part of your success!!

Quietly yelling ????  You'd be hearing me all the way to Maui.  WOW WOW WOW.  I am so glad to hear your news.  I have 30 lbs to go to get where you are.  Acutally 29 but who's counting.  I am struggling to get there.  With all the support here on off I think I will make it.  I also decided to join weigh****chers for the weekly accountability.  I want to reach goal by summer.  I think that is a reasonable goal.  Hearing your news helps my motivation.   Isn't it awesome the things we are willing to risk once the weight is gone?  New people, new jobs, new adventures.  It sometimes takes my breath away.  Once again congratulations. 

Aloha Linda.......I had to laugh at your thinking you will be heard on Maui the day you hit goal. That's why I was quietly yelling.......inside I was screaming to the high heavens, but I couldn't let out a peep because it was 2:30 in the morning! Ha!

I so well remember when I was 25 - 30 lbs. from goal. I got stuck at 201 for WEEKS and WEEKS and felt like it would never begin going down again, and then magically the scale started to slide, and slid rather quickly after that. So, hang in there...keep doing what you know is right, and it will be YOU doing the screaming soon.
