WELL THE SH*T HAS FINALLY HIT THE FAN HERE....

THINGS ARE STARING TO MOVE HERE IN MY LIFE....MY STEP DAUGHTER IS NOW POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR HER DAD....THIS WAS DONE IN A SECRET MEETING YESTERDAY THAT I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT...SHE IS NOW GOING TO GET HIS PENSION CHECK AND HIS SS CHECK TO GET HIM PLACED IN TO AN ADULT FOSTER CARE HOME. SO THAT LEAVESME WITH ONLY MY SMALL PAY CHECK TO LIVE ON...WHICH I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO MAKE HOUSE PAYMENTS, CONSUMERS, WATER, PHONE, CREDIT CARD OR CAR PAYMENT AND INSURANCE. SHE ALSO TOOK IT UPON HERSELF TO TELL THE LAWYER I WANTED A DIVORCE!!!! SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I AM NOT SURE YET WHAT ALL IS GOING TO HAPPEN....TALK ABOUT BEING BLIND SIDED HERE...WOW!!!!!!!!!!! AND TO THINK I WAS TRYING MY BEST TO GET HER DAD HELP AND LEAVE HERE PEACEFULLY.....GUESS THAT WASN'T RIGHT OF ME TO DO....SOOOOOOOOO IF I AM NOT HERE I AM OUT OF THE HOUSE AND NOT SURE WHERE I AM GOING...MORE THEN LIKELY TO FRANKENMUTH TO PHYLLIS'S TO LIVE TIL THE LAWSUIT IS FINISHED. I SEE MY LAWYER ON THIS TUESDAY AT 9 AM. LORI IS COMING HERE TO GET HER DADS CLOTHES SUNDAY AFTERNOON AND I AM SURE THE SH*T WILL HIT THE FAN EVEN MORE....I AM JUST DOWNFOUNDED HERE AS WHAT OR WHERE TO DO/GO NEXT....I KNOW I WANT OUT OF THIS FARCE OF A LIFE AND MOVE ON TO A BETTER ONE.....THANKS TO ALL OF YOU FOR BEING HERE TO SUPPORT ME AT THIS TIME.....GOD BLESS EACH OF YOU!!!!

can you not go to court and get that overturned as you are the wife? How long have you been married to him? 10 years and over? The law protects your rights when being married that long. You are entitled to lots of stuff of his. Pension Plans, Social Security, etc....

How was the finger doctor appointment?

HI DARLENE WE WOULD HAVE BEEN MARRIED 23 YEARS THIS MAY 16TH....THIS MEETING WAS PULLED BEHIND MY BACK...I WAS POA FROM 2 YEARS AGO AND NOW ITS BEEN TAKEN AWAY FROM ME....HIS DAUGHTER WAS SECOND IN LINE FOR POA IF I REFUSED TO HELP HIM OR COULDN'T OR DIED OR DIVORCED....HELLO.....I AM STILL ALIVE AND STILL MARRIED AND WAS TRYING TO GET HIM HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE APPOINTMENT TUESDAY MORNING WITH MY LAWYER SEE WHAT HE HAS TO SAY ABOUT THIS.....ALL I KNOW IS I AM SHOCKED HIS DAUGHTER PULLED THIS STUNT!!!!!!!!!! I KNOW THAT I MENTIONED LEAVING HERE TO GO TO OHIO AND THAT IS STILL IN THE WORKS....BUT TO DO IT LIKE THIS OMG!!!!!!!!!! I AM SO HURT BY WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO ME!!!!!!!!!! IT WASN'T THEM THAT WAS TOLD THEY WANTED TO KILL YOU.....IT WAS ME!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT WAS I SUPPOSED TO DO??? KEEP HIM HERE AND LET HIM KILL ME??????????? Tell them that divorce is just hear-say, that you thought about Ohio for a new job but wanted to get him help first. Don't mention any other "friends".

Hi Judy.  Too bad you are seeing the lawyer after Sunday.  I would immediately get all of the locks changed.  I would pack up Gary's stuff and leave it outside for his daughter to pick up.  Don't let her pick and choose what she wants to take.  Better not to have a fight when it isn't absolutely necessary.  I would not let her in the house and if you did let her in, don't leave her there alone.  Time to cover your bases/A$$ets.  My humble (and experienced) opinion.  Take care of you.  Love, Diane

Judy, Absolutely, make it your priority to see a lawyer before you let any of his children in that house and don't leave for anywhere, make sure you have a good lawyer too!  You stood by that man, made sure he was cared for, while he drove you plum loco and you need to have yourself cared for.   Don't count on a lawsuit to take care of you, as they can and do tend to drag on for a long time, unless you settle on their initial offer, which is usually very lowball.   No matter how provoked and hurt you are, please don't get into a fight with any of his children, just tell them, you cannot be available to let them in and until you've met with and spoken to a lawyer and been told directly what you should and legally can do, don't do anything!!!  Changing the locks and screening your calls in the meantime would be a good idea. . . YOU ARE RIGHT....I NEED TO GET THE LOCKS CHANGED AND WILL DO THAT TONIGHT....HOPEFULLY MY BROTHER CAN DO IT FOR ME....NOT HOLDING BREATH ON THAT THO....I WILLLET HER HAVE HIS CLOTHES AND PERSONAL THINGS SHE WANTS FOR HIM BUT NOTHING ELSE....I AM NOT GOING TO BE WALKED ALL OVER HERE....

Judy, You might want to consider, if your brother can't get the locks changed, just having them rekeyed, which is a process of just changing how the lock works and getting new keys, cheaper than having locks changed, but not sure how much so. . .  and pack his clothes yourself, don't go letting her rifle through things, as once you let her in, you might have more to handle than you want to. . .  don't know, but in situations like this, people can get nasty and you don't need to subject yourself to that.  But no matter what, don't get into any conversations with her that she can twist and so on. . .
