All Wednesday meetings are at 10 AM. CHH stands for Center for Health and Healing, that is the building at the bottom of the Tram and the 3178 is the room number which is on the 3rd floor.

What time is the one on the fourth Wednesday? And what does CHH3178 and CHH3180 mean? Is that a room number? Where do they meet?

This is my first post, I,ve never been brave enough before. I received a call from OHSU telling me my insurance approved me for gastric bypass. I'm meeting with surgeon on Jan. 10th. I'm so excited, it feels more real now. :)

The OHSU support groups meet every

second (CHH3178) Wednesday from 10 - 11:30 - Themed meeting

fourth (CHH 3180) Wednesdays- Post Op general discussion

also

second Tuesday (repeat of the second Wednesday themed meeting) from 6:30 - 8 PM

There is a general meeting on the 22nd.

I have not seen a schedule for 2011 but have asked for an electronic copy that I will happily share when I receive it from Digestive Health.

What a life changing and inspiring year it has been. Not just for me but I am sure for many of us whether you are a month or years post op. I would like to thank everyone here on OH as well as at the monthly OHSU support groups I have found both to be so motivating and supportive. Thank you all for contributing to my success.

Thanks Sue,
I am having paneculotomy (tummy) my insurance will pay 100%. Arms & the girls will have to wait as then do not cover that (cosmetic).
I will have the surgery 12/21 & be home the 22nd. Crazy!
