Nope. You are not the only one. I live in Myrtle Creek, OR. I had my surgery on 3/12/13 with Dr. Tersigni in Coos Bay. I would love to hear how everyone is progressing!

Blessings on your day!
I work a full time job and get off at 4:30pm it would be hard to drive to the meeting and get there in time. Maybe when I come to Eugene to visit family we could meet for lunch.
that would be great ,but I don't get up to north much ,
my doctors support group is at riverbend in springfield , on monday the 3rd at 6pm you could come as my gues lots of people that had the sleeve there
I live just above Salem and would love to get together on a weekend with some of you! I had my Sleeve done on 12/13/13.
It is such a small world. I grew up in Jasper, OR. I now live just above Salem, OR. I had VSG on 12/13/12 and I have lost 70lbs so far. I am thrilled to be healthier. I do not blog much on these WLS sites but do come on everyday to see what everyone is talking about. I do believe everyone's journey is different in a lot of ways but have similar cir****tances. I won't lie it has been a hard road for the first 4 months but it is not getting better. If you are looking for support chat me up I am also on the gastric sleeve website too.

if you had the surgery in 05 you are 8 years IN
YOU HAVE TO GET BACK TO BASICS
start weighting your food and tracking everything , stop eating crap, drink your 65 oz of water
pretend you just had the surgery
Im guessing you had the rny , so you will have less malabsorbtion of calories that just means you have to be more careful what you put in your mouth now , you still have a small pouch
start using myfitnesspal.com and get to the gym
there is no secret , there is no magic just get back on your plan
maybe a therapist might help
had my endoscope and colonoscopy today all was good, the prep sucked and they had trouble like normal with the iv
