Topic: RE: go ducks !!!!!

I went to the State fair last weekend and saw dozens of duck fans heading that way. At the fair, I ate like any other fairgoer! A little kettle corn, a few bites of an elephant ear, a (childs sized) shave ice, and even half a hotdog! It's funny how I used to hate "waste," but now I savor the flavors and eat what I want, even if 80% of it goes in the trash.

There was someone at the last support group who eats whatever she wants- but only two bites! I don't have quite that much willpower (or money!), but reactive hypoglycemia forces me to work hard at portion control.

Have fun at the games!

There is a monthly support group at Good Sam. It's a long commute for you but you might want to consider coming.

It's appears I'm doing great, but I've actually gained 10lbs from my lowest weight a few months ago. I'm exercising like crazy to try and keep the re-gain at bay! The honeymoon period is really over!

It's true, there is not a lot of activity on the message board anymore. But some of us who went to the support group downtown are willing to get it back in use! I am 19 months out from RNY. @ Goal.

from the look of this forum It looks like no one in Oregon wants or has had wls , where is everyone , I guess everyone is thin here from walking in the mountains and running down top the coast for crabs

I can't tell you how to lose the weight, but you'll find some help while you're in the process at www.PlusSizeToiletingSolutions.com.
