I have a couple of questions I am hoping someone can help me with. Does anyone in the Portland area know of any consignment clothing stores I can visit as I am losing my weight? Also, how long do you have to wait after having surgery to start up water aerobics? (I will have the long scar.) Thank you for your help.

there is a store in gladstone on mcgloughlin called red white and blue i think. wed is 50% clothes day and they have great stuff.
