What to ask surgeon ??

So my consult is coming soon and i was wondering if anyone has suggestions of what to ask the surgeon?

I know I dont want to leave anything out or kick myself on the 2 hr ride home that "I forgot to ask that"!! Thanks for the help!! Angella
