My EKG was normal so my surgery is on for Monday the 10th and they moved the time to 8:30 a.m. rather than 1 P.M. which is much better. Less time to fret about it that morning. I am getting nervous and am excited too. Julia

Congrats. I am the 14th at 7:00 - I have to be at the hospital at 5:00 but I don't mind cause I know I won't get bumped. Thas happended to me twice already, once for a C-section and once for my gallbladder. Best wishes for a successful surgery and speedy recovery.

Yes Cheryl, I am much happier with the 8:30 time. I thought about being bumped too as his earlier surgeries could go longer than expected or that he would be tired by the time he got to me. I would rather he be bright and cherry and not tired when he does my surgery! Also I prefer not to sit around for hours in the morning thinking about what I am about to do. Hi Nancy If Gregg can figure out how to use my lap top he may post if I can show him how. He has never used my lap top before but thought it would be good entertainment for him when he is in the motel. We are leaving tomorrow morning to go to Klamath Falls. I need to be there by noon so I can start the phospa-soda fun. I asked when check in time was and she told me 2 p.m. I asked if they had a public bathroom then, as I would definitely be lurking near by until 2 p.m. I am pretty calm still and hopefully that will continue. I expect to panic at any time!! I hope to be home by Wednesday evening if he is able to do my surgery lap but if open I will have to stay 4 to 5 days. How are your plans coming along, Nancy?
