Pre-op surgery scheduled March 28th, have to lose lots before then
I had to go on the famous or should I say infamous cottage cheese and tuna diet. You could have as much of it as you wanted. Apparently it helps melt fat from around the liver, but you also lose a lot of weight. Don't remember all of the diet. Maybe someone from Dr. Patterson's or Hong's office could help with that.

Here's the key (says the woman who endured the pre-op diet from hell from Patterson - only to find out after 2 months on it that my insurance wouldn't cover surgery and I'd done it all for NOTHING!):
Super low fat
Super low carb
Super high protein
Super hydration
Is your surgery a lap surgery? Is it about shrinking your liver? Or is it about losing weight?
