I also had sugery on wed the 1st at 6;30 am.sugery went to so fast and I really feel good,very sore but feeling good considering I have just been smacked in the gut with a baseball bat a few times.The reason i am sorer than most is i have a scar from my belly button to my sternem from whene I was younger.This had so much growth on it they almost couldnt do the lap but after scraping and cutting they found away.So I have six holes instead of five lol.Before I forget I would judt like to thank the people that sent me get wells prayers and fast recovery's I must have had 100 of them and I didnt know how to reply to all.So if you read this post you are all in my heart and god bless you all.I couldnt beleive I felt so good with meds I was walking around on my 2nd day.Well I must go rest for awhile I will post more when feeling more up to it.. michael

Wonderful Michael! I was thinking of you and Sue on Wednesday - glad you both checked in! It sounds like you are off to a great start. It feels like a pretty big miracle when you're up and walking around on day two. I had a lot of scar tissue from a previous surgery too. I figure it was kind of a bonus to get it all cut away. I remember being kind of shocked they didn't even want to see me for three weeks after surgery. That is kind of a fun visit because you will already have made such progress! If you have any questions just put them out to us. I also found the consult nurse very helpful over the phone with my "is this normal questions". Always good to ask. Patty

Thank you everyone and all.Its been 10 whole day's now and you know I feel pretty good.I never felt sick like as in throwing up but am having some tummy pains tonight for some reason.But its more of a muscular feeling kinda spasm thing.I think this was a text book surgery I feel so good almost if I had to jump I could not that I would want to or anything lol.I feel hungry and I think im ready for some eggs and cottage cheese but wont know untill monday whene I go in for my 2 week check up.So is it normal to feel hungery and maby be a little depressed from it? is this a normal feeling?Anyway i just wanted to pop in and say thank you.I might have to shut off internet for awhile due to some financial fixes but will be back soon if it happens. thanks again everyone and god bless. michael
