Size 18!

I'm so completely excited, I couldn't hold back--I couldn't NOT tell everyone in the whole world (ok, so maybe just my friends at OH) I did a little shoppin' today and... drum roll... bought my first size 18 article of clothing for the first time in 14 years!! I couldn't believe it! I found this nifty little jacket at the reduced rack of my favorite store. I was really bummed that it was an 18. I was in another store and tried on a few different sizes and rested on a size 20. But, what the heck! I tried it on--and it FIT! Thank you, Lord! I almost cried out of pure excitement I even called my mom today--she's proud of me It may not be much, but I'm tickled pink. For those of you farther along, what was your clothing "wow" moment?

Congratulations Charity! Ww! I know how terrific that moment can feel! You will have many more of those moments! I went shopping the other day and was surprised that I fit into a size 10! I have never been a 10. I could wear an 8 , except that all the skin around my belly gets in the way. I still can't believe it at times. I wish you all the best. Your WOW moment is wonderful. Don't say it isn't much! It is TREMENDOUS!!! Joy

Hmmm... Yep! You're right! I'm sure I won't be wearing smaller than an 8, so I guess I will be settled into a size soon. It will be nice to finally settle into one size, so I can do some major shopping!
