loosing things at hospital

I just wanted to say the last time I had surgery it was on my leg at emanuel.I am permanatly disabled and usually walk with a cane.lol well I showed up at 7:30 am on the button and got ready.They tagged everything and said it would be waiting in my room when i got out.Well 3 days later when I went to leave I had my backpack but my cane was no where to be found.Now I dont have to use it but I like to.or liked to anyway.So I say if anyway possible to have someone there with your stuff in your room dont rely on staff.But pillows is such a good idea I was just thinking of that the other day.talk to ya's soon. michael
