I found a website that is a true blessing. A fellow WLS person turned me onto it. (So I guess "I" did nt actually find it)
I thought I was eating way more than I was and this site totally tracks what you are eating and graphs it all out for you. It keeps track of your weight loss and you can ask it to track your daily protien/fat/calories or whatever you want.
It tracks you caloric intake, what you burn with exercise and how many calories you burned. You don't have to do anything but enter in what you ate. All the foods are listed in the system and you can tweek the ones that are different for you. It is so simply to use.
I encourage anyone who wants to use less time tracking and wondering to go there and use it to help simplify life. I hope everyone is doing well.
I had my first day back to work today and boy was I TIRED!!! I hope that does not last much longer.
