How much can you eat ?

I always wonder how much everyone can eat. Im 14months out and I can eat about a cup and a half. My Dr.told me Im eating too much. Im scared that I'll gain the weight back. I've known some people who can eat a normal dinner portion after a year of surgery. I still eat a kid's size portion. For me, I know that just like my wedding ring had to be sized my band around my stomach needs sized as well as the fat has melted away. But I was wondering just what normal eating is for most people after a year or so. Thanks, Gail 213/144/130
