KAISER 5 WEEK WEIGHT MANAGEMENT CLASS

Hey! Guess what? I didn't realize it would be so hard to get into this class! I live in Albany and when I went to sign up, the Salem one was just finishing and no more this entire year!! So, the closest I could get was at Sunnyside, and guess what? Filled, over filled even! Is anyone going to the Nov. 14th class in Tualitain? Anyone know how to get there from I-5...I will be leaving from work in Lebanon (south of Albany, which is south of Salem!) & how much driving time I'll need? Help would be sooo great! Also, what else to expect from class and the Kaiser program...Thanks!!

Hi Heather, Take I-5 north out of Albany. There should be an exit marked Tualition its shortly after the 205 exit. When you come off the freeway the left 2 lanes turn left go that way. You will pass Fred Meyer on your left get over to the right hand lane go about 2 to 3 long blocks, Kaiser is on your right. Depending on time of day you are going. About 2 hours. If its rush hour allow more time. I took the class in Salem this summer. I enjoyed it made friends learned more about why we eat the way we do. It taught us to be more aware. Marilyn
