Does anyone have any WLS OH magazines etc.?

Would love to find some copies of the magazines or the book " The Success Habits of Weight Loss Surgery Patients" by Cook. I really can't afford to buy either right now but if someone can give, loan or not charge too much it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks-Caryn
