Great new products!

Hello Everyone, If any of you had read Susan Maria's book Before and After weight loss surgery, or visited her website to see all of the great products I have some good news for you. There is a store in Lake Oswego called Low Carb Nation that has most of the products available. They gave me some samples of the nectar and it was great. I bought several of the other items she raves about. Also, they make their own low carb ice cream....and you can have it in a shake with protein. The shake is less than 200 calories and has 20 grams of protein. Not only that it is so deliscious! I would have a rootbeer shake every day if I could. For those of you missing ice cream....this is incredible. Shelley

Rose, I'm horrible with directions....put I'll try. Take the Boones Ferry Rd/Bridgeport mall exit off I-5 (not sure what it is called) you will see Taco Bell on your right.....and you will see the big sign on the building for low carb nation. It is super easy to find. You can also go to their website www.lowcarbnation.com. Last night I was there...they have this new bread that has 16 grams of protein per slice, no sugar, 150 calories and less than 1 carb. It was so filling and very good. Although it was $7.00 a loaf. But seriously there is no way you could eat more than one slice. I had a slice with one egg for breakfast and I swear I was full for 6 hours. They have so much good stuff.
