Hiya all!
Sorry, I haven't been checking in, or updating (GASP!). It's been just over 3 1/2 months. And I am 19 weeks preggo. For those who don't know, I found out 3 weeks after surgery I had already been 3 weeks preggo during the surgery. I am down about 45-50lbs since surgery, 65-70 since pre-op diet began. I have MAJOR problems with tolerating foods and throw up daily almost. Morning sickness though is getting better, little by little. And though I can't tolerate most foods, I still don't regret the surgery for a second. Baby Girl and I are doing fine and she is growing inside me safe and unaware that she is a little miracle just for having gone through surgery. I had been told I woudn't be able to get preggo, I had PCOS. So my man and I (GASP< AGAIN) haven't been using protection for almost 10 years.
Anyway, Dr. Patterson and her office have been wonderful, although I get the feeling they aren't willing to admit I was preggo during surgery, although the ultrasound puts me a 6 1/2 weeks preggo when I was only 3 weeks post op. This is because the test I took one day before surgery came up negative.
I have been eating turkey dogs. I can't tolerate hardly any bread, no noodles, no sweets, no dairy. I ate fish n' chips today, big mistake, I felt horid for about an hour, and threw up all of it. oh well, live and learn. Anyway, how is everyone else doing? I was soo sorry to hear about Theresa, she was always soo sweet and supportive. I send out prayers to her family.
Brandi

Hello there..
First off congrats on your pregnancy, what great news. Children are such a blessing I just had my first in July. The morning sickness is just awful I hope you feel better soon..

Brandi, congrats on your pregnancy! I just read your profile, and I'm so proud of all you have accomplished and are accomplishing. I know you will do well, and I know you will have a very normal, healthy baby girl. The good news is that you will be able to keep up with her and she will only know you as a normal weight Mom. Congrats again.

Hi Brandi,
Good to know all is going well with the little one inisde and that you are holding up as well. Pregnancy often makes the stomach do wierd things and to add to it the surgery is well....unfathomable. You are one brave woman (I know, as if you had any choice...Still, you are brave!)
Tried to access the new photo, but it came up an X.
