I have my case going to the review commitee next month. I was wondering if anybody could tell me what to expect. I am anxious to see the surgeon. Thanks Brian

Hi Brian, If you have been making progress and losing weight, the surgeon's office will call (I coouldnt wait so I called Mary Lou a few days later) and they will schedule you with the next available surgeon. This is the point where you can request a surgeon ( I wanted Dr. Moiel). After that, surgery can be soon. I waited about 5 weeks after I saw the surgeon. I could have gone quicker if I had a different surgeon, and due to work, I had to go during the middle of the month!! I have been wondering if you are going to go to the support meetings or not...
